Return & Exchange Policy

At Light Moments, we want you to love your purchase! Because our candles and wax melts are handmade in small batches, we ask that you read our return policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery/purchase on unused items in their original condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used candles or wax melts
• Items with significant burn/use
• Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Scent Preferences

We understand scent is personal! If you are unhappy with a fragrance, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee refunds on used products, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
