Products

All candles, wax melts, diffusers, and related products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, appearance, frosting, labeling, or scent strength may occur. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, photos, and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that all device screens display colors perfectly.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full before orders are processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, custom orders, and seasonal demand.

Once an order has been shipped, Light Moments is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by postal carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Candle & Product Safety

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and as directed.

By purchasing from Light Moments, you agree that:

• Candles should never be left unattended while burning
• Candles should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects
• Products must be used according to provided safety instructions

Light Moments is not liable for damages, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time and are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, branding, photos, descriptions, and content belonging to Light Moments may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light Moments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
