Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Light Moments. We appreciate your support of our small business and strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

All of our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment unless otherwise stated.

During holidays, markets, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Free local pickup
  • Free shipping promotions on qualifying orders

Any shipping promotions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in or around Riverview. Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted with pickup details once the order is ready.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Light Moments is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider first. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Weather Considerations

Because candles and wax products can be sensitive to heat and cold, minor cosmetic imperfections caused by weather fluctuations during shipping may occasionally occur. While we package products carefully, we are not responsible for melting or frosting caused by extreme temperatures during transit.
